Weight and reps pre-filled from last time, adjusted with big +/- buttons. Tap log, the rest timer starts in a bar at the bottom, and the screen stays yours.

Machine taken? Drag the exercise later in the session or swap it for an equivalent. Feeling good? Link two movements into a superset and the app sequences the rest for you.

Built on the gym floor.
Not in a boardroom.

Ex personal trainer. Moved into tech. Got fat. Spent the last 15 months rebuilding the body I wanted in my 20s. It's never too late.

ITBG Fit is the tool I wished I had through that rebuild. Every training app I tried either treated me like a beginner or buried the data I actually wanted under streaks and confetti. So I built my own, between sets, on a phone, in the gym.

Every rough edge gets found in a real session and fixed before the next one. That's the ITBGLABS way.
