Tiny bit about me. Ex personal trainer. Moved into tech. Got fat. Then spent the last 15 months rebuilding the body I wanted in my 20s. It's never too late.
ITBG Fit is the tool I wished I had through that rebuild. Every training app I tried either treated me like a beginner or buried the data I actually wanted under streaks and confetti. So I started writing my own, between sets, on a phone, in the gym.

The PWA you install once and forget about. Logs every set, every rest, every PR. Garmin and Apple Health pull-through. Works offline, syncs when you're back on Wi-Fi.
Periodised programmes I'll write to your lifts, gym, and schedule. Adjusted weekly based on what your set log actually shows. Rolling out alongside the app.
If you want a human in the loop. Weekly check-in over voice note or video, programme tweaks based on your set log. Not for everyone, opt in if you want it.
This is what a Tuesday looks like. Lat pulldown, set three, BitTimer running between rounds. Tap a button, the data lands. Tap another, you're moving on. Walk out with a session you can actually read.
Three taps to log a set. The rest timer is full screen so you can see it from the bench. The BitTimer handles boxing, intervals, and circuits, then drops you straight back into the session.
Programme already loaded. Last session's numbers right where you left them. No flicking through a calendar.
Big tap targets, weight and reps default to last time +1, one tap to confirm. The rest timer starts itself.
Boxing rounds, Tabata, EMOM, circuits. Configure once, save the preset, run it from the lock screen between sets.
